Templates & Tools
For every Narqix team member, on every campaign. After reading this page you will know which ready-to-copy templates exist, which ones your role uses every day, and how to copy them without breaking the format.
Track: All tracks · Role: Everyone · Time to complete: 5 min
What is in this section
This section is the Narqix toolbox. Every template here matches the formats taught in Narqix Standards, Core Skills and your track. The field names, codes and order are the same, so a note written from a template here is the note your lead, your QA Specialist and your client expect to see.
You do not need to memorise any of them. You need to use the right one, the same way, every time.
Coach's note: Clients notice consistency before they notice talent. A team whose every report, note and handoff looks the same is a team clients trust with more work. Templates are how a new Associate looks like a Senior from week one.

How to copy a template
- Open the page and find the template block. Copyable templates sit inside grey code blocks.
- Hover over the code block and use the copy button. This copies the plain text exactly, line breaks included.
- Paste into the right place: the CRM note field, the team channel, the email or the tracker.
- Replace every placeholder. Placeholders are capital words inside round brackets. Inside code blocks they are plain text, like
(SELLER NAME). Outside code blocks they appear in purple, like (SELLER NAME). - Delete lines that do not apply only if the template says the line is optional. Otherwise write "none", "not known" or "not applicable". A blank line looks like a forgotten line.
- Read it once before you save or send. The most common QA deduction on templates is an unfilled placeholder.
For checklists, duplicate the page into your campaign workspace, or copy the checklist block into the file. Never tick boxes on the master page in this section.
Never do this: Never change the master templates in this section. Never invent a new field, code or status for your own convenience. If a template does not fit your client, tell your Campaign Lead. The fix goes into your Client Playbook, and if it helps everyone, into this section.
How these templates fit with your client
- Narqix templates are the default. Use them unless your Client Playbook says otherwise.
- The client's CRM may use different labels. Map them to the Narqix meaning. Your lead gives you the mapping in writing.
- When the Playbook is stricter, follow the Playbook.
- Keep personal data out. Templates never ask for Social Security numbers, full bank or card numbers, full dates of birth or passwords. Do not add them.
Check yourself
- Where are copyable templates placed on these pages?
- A line in a template does not apply to your situation. What do you write?
- Your client's CRM calls a code "Callback" instead of CB. What do you do?
- You think a template is missing a field your client needs. What do you do?
Answers
- Inside grey code blocks. Use the copy button.
- "None", "not known" or "not applicable". Never leave it blank, unless the template marks the line optional.
- Use the client's label with the Narqix meaning, following the written mapping from your Campaign Lead.
- Tell your Campaign Lead. Do not change the master template.
